IE The proposed work under Con tract No. 1G consists of the construction of a new 3.6 MGD wastewater treatment plant and alterations to an existing wastewater treatment plant. The proposed work under Contract No.

IE consists of the construction of all electrical work to serve the buildings and equipment under Contract No. 1G. The proposed work is located at the existing Solon, Ohio, Wastewater Treatment Plant. A one hundred dollar (100.00) deposit will be required for each set of Drawings, Specifications and Con tract documents taken from the above offices, the full amount of which will be refunded upon return of same within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Checks shall be made payable City of Solon, Ohio. Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids are expected to be funded in part by a Grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Netther the United States nor any of its Departments, Agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this Invitation for Bids or any resulting Contract. All bidders must be prepared to comply with the Provisions of the Hometown or Imposed Plan described in Specifications to be eligible for the award of this Contract.

No Bidder will be deemed responsive unless the information required by the Plan is submitted at the time indicated in the Plan. Attention of the Bidder is directed to the special construction regulations included herein relative to special requirements for procurement of labor, the special information given in Information to Bidders, to the Special Requirements for wage rates, the hours of employment as ascertained and determined by the Department of Industrial Relations and provided for in the laws of the State of Ohio.
