Osgood day on Monday (6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 WEBN-FM's incredible year has carried into the next millennium. Clear Channel's WEBN-FM (102.7), which was named "rock station of the year" in 1999 by three organizations (Billboard and Radio Records magazines, and the National Association of Broadcasters), has entered the new century as lie Tristate's top radio station. The rock station won the Arbitron fall quarter ratings for all listeners age 12 and older, and the important 25-54 demographic.

Sister station WLW-AM (700), which was No. 1 the past four quarters, ranked second, with country music station WUBE-FM (105.1) third. Coming on strong at fourth was WMOJ-FM (94.1), the "Mojo radio" hits of the 1970s and '80s which debuted in April. It jumped ahead of sister station WRRM-FM (98.5), which plays soft rock, and oldies WGRR-FM (103.5). Ratings for the WMOJ-FM increased more than 50 percent from a year ago, when the station broadcast smooth jazz music.

Also making a big leap was Clear Channel's WKFS-FM 107.1), up to eighth from 11th, thanks to a 61 percent increase from a year ago. It landed ahead of WKRQ-FM 101.9), WOFX-FM 92.50) and WVMX-FM 94.1). Young country WYGY-FM (96.5) also received a boost from its around-the-clock Christmas music stunt from Thanksgiving to Christmas. It moved up to No. 12, with ratings up 72 percent from last fall and doubling from summer.

Forgive with grace, because who among us does not need to be forgiven? Honor the Lord your God every day of your life, and your children will grow up to bless you. Today, be a sweetheart. Call someone you love and say, "I love you." (Make two or three calls; who says you can't love more than one person in different ways, of course.) Call someone who's lonely and say, thinking of you." Or better yet, say, "I'll be over tomorrow to take you to lunch, run some errands for you or give you a ride." Visit a sick friend. Say a prayer. Donate some blood.

Adopt a pet. Will your eyes, your kidneys and all your usable organs to someone who can use them after you're gone. Forgive an enemy. Hug your teen-ager. Write a fan letter.

Listen to a bore. Pay your doctor. Tell your parents you think they're wonderful. Spay your dog. Neuter your cat.

Quit smoking. Drive carefully. If you're walking watch where you're going. And don't wait until next year to be a sweetheart again. LOVE, ABBY DEAR ABBY: A month ago I broke up with my boyfriend, "Adam." We had been dating about six months.

During the last month of our relationship, his car broke down, so I lent him my spare car. Last night when I called him, I found out that he had resumed his relationship with his former girlfriend. I told him I wanted my car back immediately, and I felt it was disrespectful of him to have kept my car. When he decided to go back with her, he should have returned it. Who does he think he is, anyway driving one girl's car while sleeping with another? He thinks I am wrong for saying he disrespected me.

What do you think? STEWING IN SAN FRANCISCO DEAR STEWING: The honorable thing would have been for him to have returned your car when he felt his relationship with you was over. But you put him in the driver's seat and he enjoyed the. freedom your wheels provided, so he felt no guilt in steering the vehicle in a different direction. You're lucky to be rid of him with only a little more mileage on your car. Write to Abby at P.O.

Ms. Molina incorrectly answered a question worth $4,000, and fell back to the $1,000 level. The Procter Gamble corporate attorney qualified for TVs top-rated show by phone on Feb. 3, and taped the program Tuesday. She advanced to the hot seat by winning the third "fastest finger" round on the show, though she couldn't recall the question when we spoke Friday.

And she admitted being more rattled by the pressure than she expected when she washed out on a golf question, her seventh asked by Mr. Philbin, without using any of her three "lifelines." "I just wasn't thinking clearly," says the East Coast native, who has lived in the Tristate for 15 years. She lives in Indian Hill with her husband, David Yang, and two daughters, 10 and 7. And what better time to revive my Ten Commandments of Love. Yes, dear readers, I actually had the chutzpah to write my own Ten Commandments. However, it wasn't as though I was stealing from strangers. One of my ancestors was privileged to have received them on Mount Sinai from the Lord himself at least that's what the Good Book says.

Originally, I wrote two sets of commandments one for men and one for women. Then Mandy Stell-man, a lawyer from Milwaukee, pointed out that one set of commandments should apply to both men and women. She was right, of course. So how's this for a gender-bender? THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF LOVE Put your spouse before your mother, your father, your son and your daughter your mate is your lifelong companion. Do not abuse your body with excessive food, tobacco, drink, or any foreign substance that goes into your arm or up your nose.

Remember that cleanliness is a virtue. Willingly share all of your worldly goods with your mate. Do not forget to say, "I love you." Even though your love may be constant, your spouse needs to hear those cherished words often. Remember that the approval of your spouse is worth far more than the adoring glances of a hundred strangers, so be true to him or her, and forsake all others. Permit neither your business nor your hobby to make you a stranger to your spouse.

The most precious gift you can give is time. Keep your home in good repair, because out of it come the joys of old age (not to mention its resale value). A diamond switch at trick two cost nothing obviously a spade continuation ran the risk of setting up declarer's queen. After drawing trumps declarer tried the club finesse, but that lost to East's king.

The jack of spades was returned and the defenders cashed two more tricks in the suit to complete a one-trick set. There is no sure way for declarer to make the contract, but South should have attempted to enlist the aid of the defenders. At trick one declarer should have followed with the nine of spades! Consider West's quandary. The deuce of spades was missing. If East held that card and was trying to encourage a spade continuation, the shift could cost a trick or two and possibly the contract.

There is no guarantee that West would not shift, but at least there is a fair chance that West would continue spades and present declarer with the contract. The rule for declarer is exactly the same as for the partner of the opening leader: If you want to encourage the defender to continue the suit, play a high card: if you would prefer a switch, play the lowest card possible.
