The Hawks trailed 2-0 with five minutes remaining in the first half when Craig Yaks and Shawn Rockey each scored, tying the game at halftime. "The Saints' offense came out stronger this game and our defense was not mentally prepared," coach Nick Ranieri said.

J.T, Roberts and Yaks each scored two goals in the game. Rockey, Ryan Schaffer and Maurice Schilten scored the other Hawks' goals.
