Starting 3:30 p.m. Saturday, those living near the Queen City's heart will see Pefer Gunn, Henne-sey, Life Of Riley and other shows beamed from "TV Heaven." Actually, they're coming from new low-power (268 watts) Channel 25 broadcast from Corryville. Elliott Block, station owner, manager and programmer, says his new W25AI-TV will reach an estimated 500,000 homes.
