Ftflay, Xugosf JS, Hartford and Olpe High Schools Set Enrollment Dates OLPE Olpe High School's enrollment will begin Aug. 17th with the sophomores enrolling at 9 a.m. Juniors will enroll Aug. 18th at 9 a.m. and seniors will enroll Aug.

19th at 9 a.m. Each class is to report at 9 a.m. and will be enrolled in a group by Principal Stanley Inwood. Special problems then will be worked out after the class enrollment. Mr.

Inwood will not be in the Olpe High office in the afternoons because he will be enrolling the students at Hartford High School. The same plan will be used in Hartford with sophomores enrolling in the afternoon at 1:30 p.m. the 17th; juniors at 1:30 the 18th; and seniors at 1:30 the 19th. Olpe freshmen will attend an orientation day August 22nd beginning at 8:30 a.m. All freshmen are to report to the high school at 8:30 a.m.

and spend the day taking tests, meeting the faculty and getting acquainted with their program. They will be served lunch at the school and be dismissed at 3:30 p.m. Hartford High School freshmen will attend an orientation day at their school Aug. 23rd beginning at 8:30 a.m. and running until 3:30 p.m.

Lunch will -be served at Hartford High also. Freshmen who are planning to attend either of these schools must attend the orientation day. High school classes will begin at both schools Aug. 29th with half-day sessions. Aug.

30th also will be a half-day session. Full-day sessions will be held Wednesday with lunch being served at noon. TUT' BUSHONG Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Moore and Miss Denise Moore.

Aaron Diehl announce the marriage of their daughter Barbara Ann to Mr. Elden Kirk, son of Victor Kirk, Matfield Green. The marriage took place Aug. 1st in the First Methodist Church at Newkirk, Okla. Mrs.

Kirk will continue her work as bookkeeper for Bluestem Co-Op Association, Cottonwood Falls; Mr. Kirk is a farmer and rancher. They are at home on the Kirk farm near Matfield Green. Olpe Girl Receives Degree From Oklahoma University OLPE Miss Mary Jo Hellmer received her Master of Science Degree in medical microbiology Sunday evening at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla. She will begin work Sept 1st at the University of Texas, Southwestern School of Medicine.

Miss Hellmer is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hellmer. She is a graduate of Olpe High School and Kansas State Teachers College, Emporia. Mr.

and Mrs. Hellmer and their other daughters were in Norman Sunday for the Commencement exercises and spent the night with Mary Jo, who returned with them to Olpe Monday evening.
