The class \vas composed of - ei^hf. five boys and three girls. Two boys. Walter Hof and Vernr Stone, are deceased. Two not piesenf were Clara Shult?., Mrs Garth Roth of McGrath, Minn., and -Carl Auenger of Cadillac, Sask., Canada. Present were Leans Mnson, Mr and Mrs James Zweifel of Corwith; Frank Thor- ?j3e and Mrs Thoi-pe of Ames; Ray. • Stone and Mrs Slone of LuVerne: and Dora Moulton, Mrs William .Campbell of Montorville, Minn ••They all retired to the James ' Zweifcl home, Corwith, for visiting and late refreshments. * -...'.'...^Mrs Schulfat, 88 The birthday of Mrs Mary Shultz, who was 88 years old Saturday, June 20, started with a „ neighborhood coffee at the Mrs Marie Stoddard home. Mrs Jessie Sanford brought the cake, other guests were Mrs Clara Rog* crs. Mrs Kate Barton, Mrs Clara Wolf and Mrs Faye Lichty, Dr. ,and Mrs J. £. Shultz of Pella * came for the "birthday • of his mother,,Mrs Mary Shultz. Family Reunions The Kubly family reunion was held June 81 in the LuVerne town hall with 55 attending. After a j»ot luck dinner n musical program was given. Mrs Arnold Hnmsvig of West Bend and Mrs riitnnah Burke of Eagle Grove were voted chairman for the 1960 reunion. Mr and Mrs W. Raymond Leg- Scr, sons, Denny Ray and Charles attended the Blohm family reunion held in the Community Center in Albert City Sunday with 50 in attendance. Weekend Visitors in the George A. Eggleslon home were their daughters Beulah and Doris Eggleston of DCS Moincs. They were all Dad's Day guests in the Charles Nygaard home at Wesley. Sunday guests in the William Gqetsch home were her parents, Mr and Mrs Jack Sykes of Livermore and sister, Mr and Mrs Fred Struthers family of Algona. Mr and Mrs William Goetsch spent four days the past week on ,-i fishing trip at Nest Lake near Spicer, Minn. They joined his brother, Mr and Mrs Carl Goetsch. Mr and 'Mrs Duane Riley and David of Algona on vacation there. Fred Marty of Cliquot, Minn, visited Thursday and Friday with his sister, Emma Marty, brothres ,J. O. William A., and Henry Marty, Mrs E. C. Marty and his nephews here, Mr and Mrs Ray Agard attended the wedding of his cousin, Jor Skinner of Goldfield and Phyllis Chantland at Humboldt. Guests in-the home of the Rev and Mrs Worthie Usher and" fanv ' ily the past week were Chaplain and Mrs Donald Houts, sons. Michael and Ricky of Kansas City, Kan. Dale Larimer and Ronald Zweifel have ntrivod for a 15 day furlough from Fort Leonard E. Wood, Mo., where they have received their basic training. Guy Giddings went Friday tr Tama for a few days Visit wit!friends. Monte Toohcy, Richard Gron bach and Vernbn Hanselman are at Camp Guernsey, Wyo., for two weeks National Guard training. Rev. and Mrs Worthie Usht i went to Mason City lo attend the annual conference of Methodist churches of the Algona district June 21 to 25. Mr and Mrs Lawrence Marty and Nonnan y-isited her parents, the Rev. and Mrs A. S. Beckman at Cedar Falls over the weekend. Dad's Day guests in the C. O. McClellan home were their daughter Mary, ' Mr and Mrs Lyle Powell and Jean of Yale. Mr and Mrs Robert Bjgings.
