Algona Indians Remain Unbeaten In Little Leagues .Little league, baseball con- tmued to draw fins crowds her£ during the week which saw three undefeated teams lift-ended' for the first time. H. McEnroe, Algona. It asks \he division of property owned jointly by him and his brother, the late John E. McEnroe. Defendants ate Mrs Kathryn L. McEnroe, wife of 3. E. and administratix of the estate, a son, Patrick, daughter, Patricia, and the tenants on four of the farms, Arthur KohlhaaSj George Simons, Wayne Gade and Louis McEnroe. 4 According to. the petition, the two elder McEnroes operated as a partnership in buying, selling and operating real estate. M. H. McEnroe claims sole interest in ohi? of the tracts bf land and asks that title be determined in him.
