1925, for the furnishing of material and construction of an unimproved portion of the Hunlock-Muhlenburg Road, designated as Section No. 3, situated In Union Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, for a distance of approximately 7.270 lineal feet, beginning at the end of the present pavement at the Intersection with road leading from Shickshinny to Pleasant Hill and ending at a point approximately 1,000 feet beyond Ratchford's Corners on the road leading to Harveyyllle. Construction to consist of a pavement with One (1) Course Reinforced Cement Concrete seven (7) inches In depth, uniformly throughout, eighteen (18) feet in width. Paving to include grading, drainage and building miscellaneous concrete and masonry structures. All In accordance with plans and specifications and instructions to bidders which can be obtained from the Engineer of the Road and Bridge Depart ment.
