Rodolphe Solmsen of Rome, Italy. Mr. Emery is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John J.

Emery of this city. The Rev. Dr. Benedict Williams of St. Stevens Church, Sewickley, performed the ceremony in the presence of the immtdiate family connections of Mr.

Emery and his bride. The bride, who was given in marriage by her stepfather, Mr. Herman Kinnicutt, wore a long-skirted gown of white brocade and a finger tip length veil of tulle. Her bouquet was of white miniature carnations and white freesias. Mrs.

Ian Baldwin Jr. was matron of honor and the bridesmaids were Miss Victoria Thompson, Miss Moira and Miss Susan Magro. Miss Magro, debutante daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Magro this city, is a niece of Mr.

Emery. The matron of honor and attendants wore gowns of green velvet and in their hair coronets of miniature ivy go leaves. Their bouquets were of coral and red roses. Mr. Kenneth R.

Huggins of New York City, was Mr. Emery's best man. The ushers were Messrs. ton C. Toland of Philadelphia, Michael H.

Y. She is a granddaughter of Mr. Aladar Hevesi of New Eastman School of Music. He studied with Howard Hanson. Dr.

Huston taught at the College of Puget Sound in Washington, University of Redlands and the Kearney State Teachers College in Nebraska before receiving a Ph.D. in composition from Eastman. In 1952 he came to the Cincinnati Conservatory. Dr. Huston's recent works include a Symphony for wind ensemble, Sonata for viola and piano and a Concerto for trumpet and strings.

Rev. John 1 E. Longsworth officiated at the ceremony which took place in the Milford Methodist Church. A reception in the Gatch residence, Arrowhead Farm, followed the ceremony. The bride, escorted by her father, wore a princess dress of white peau de soie.

Re-embroidered Alencon lace, studded with pearls, was appliqued around the bateau neckline and continued in the short sleeves. The applique was repeated in cascades down the sides of the shaped skirt which ended in a chapel train. White snowflake al anemone and small Fujiyama chrysanthemums were combined in the bridal bouquet. The bridal veil, worn mantilla-style, was of Brussels rose pointe lace. It is a family heirloom belonging Mrs.

John Rankin Greeno and has been worn at. many weddings in the family. Miss Marge Foote was maid of honor. Bridal attendants were Miss Dorothy Gatch, the bride's ter; Miss Natalie Griess, sister of Mr. Griess; Mrs.

Lewis G. Gatch, the bride's sister-in-law, and Miss Adelaide B. Hart. The bride's eldest sister, Miss Ann Gatch, played the church organ for the wedding. Mr.

Lindsay Simmons III of this city was best man. Ushers were Charles Simpkinson. John N. Mr. Gatch Jr.

and Mr. Lewis G. Gatch, brothers of the bride, and Mr. Thomas B. all of Cincinnati; Mr.

Frank Avril, her brother Peabody of Louisville, and Mr. Robert Hellstrom of Hartford, The bridal attendants wore identical street-length gowns of cinnamon velvet with long tight sleeves and bared scooped necklines on sculptured bodices. Skirts gently full with a series of pleats on both sides. Their bouquets were of white and saffron yellow daisies and anemone type chrysanthemums. The white, bittersweet and rust colors used in the bridal party were repeated in decoration for the reception.

After a wedding trip in Florida, Mr. and Mrs. Griess will reside in Hyde Park. The bride is graduate of Hillsdale School and Smith College. She spent her junior year in France.

Mr. Griess is a graduate of School and Brown University. Luncheon of Fifth in the series of Thursday luncheons at the Town Club will take place on November 29. Mr. Philip Rhys Adams, Cincinnati Art Museum director, will speak.

Mr. Adams will tell about some of the new acquisitions at the museum. Mrs. Wilford N. Wright, chairman of the day, has asked Mrs.

John. Z. Herschede to be her vice chairman and Mrs. E. V.

Rev. Msgr. Edward A. Freking officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a gown of white satin trimmed with guipure lace.

The flaring skirt formed a chapel- -length train. A crown of pearls and crystal held in place the bride's tiered veil. The bridal bouquet was of white gardenias, delphinium florets and stephanotis. Mrs. Peter Wilton, the bride's sister, was matron honor.

Petersburg, Fla. Mr. Sander received his B.A. degree from Harvard City, and Radcliffe College, class of 1960. Mr.

Emery is a graduate of St. Paul's School, Concord, N. and Harvard College, class of 1959 where he was member of Porcellian and the Hasty Pudding-Institute of 1770. After a year in Bangkok, Thailand, Mr. and Mrs.

The attendants wore matching gowns of navy shantung designed with bodices having scoop necklines and three-quarter length sleeves and skirts with a side drapery. Their pillbox hats were of navy shantung.

They carried bouquets of white glamellias accented with emerald green and sapphire blue star flowers and bells of Ireland tied down with matching velvet ribbons. The flower girl wore white organdy over ice blue and carried a colonial bouquet. Mr. William Fagen, the bridegroom's brother in law, was best man. The ushers were Messrs.

Her veil of tulle was held by a pillbox of matching Alencon lace. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of white glamellias and stephanotis.

Mrs. Arthur V. Katz Jr. (Cynthia Surran Crotty) was matron of honor. The other attendants were Mrs.

William Richard Bertsch (Mary Lee Sagel) of this city and Miss Donna Rockfield of Springfield, Ohio, a niece of the bride. All wore cocktaillength gowns of emerald green silk, fashioned with bell-shaped skirts, and matching pillbox headpieces accented with a back bow. Chrysanthemums in shades of light yellow to gold in an arrangement with wheat, clusters of green grapes ivy formed the attendants' bouquets. Mr. Lahren had Mr.

Odell Christenson of Minneapolis as his best man. The ushers were Mr. Arthur V. Katz Jr. of this city and Mr.
