HAM AND CORN FRITTERS 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1V4 cups tiffed flour 2 cups cream style com 114 Hp. baking powder 2 tbsp. melted shortening or 1 Hp. salt salad oil . 1 cup cubed cooked ham , COMBINE, eggs, corn and melted shortening. ADD—___—_—.sifted dry ingredients. Blend well. FOLD_____—____in ham and drop by tablespoonfuls into deep hot fat (375°) and cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. DRAIN.. ______on absorbent paper, Serve'immediately, SERVE___-.-I-—with hot syrup. YIELD———— about 25 fritters, depending on size.
