MARCH 26. 1973 Dance, comedy, ecology Host Burr will introduce the stars who then offer their humorous thoughts on contemporary matters and join in a medley of stand-aid songs given new, more appropriate lyrics like "Stormy Weather" becomes "Smoggy Weather." Things like that. The idea is fun with an ecology message mixed in. Entertain them first, then teach them something is the theory.

Advance reports are that it's a good special. "Dance Theatre" is a one hour feature with Arthur Mitchell and his dancers from Harlem. The program traces the dance school's growth it's only four years old from the days when the kids were first sucked in off the street to today, when Mitchell's school is one of the hottest, most highly respected dance school's in America. The show features lots of favorite dance exercises, a look at the discipline involved, words from Mitchell and others, and a cos-turned performance of "Rhythemetron," one of the company's most popular dances. After that, at 9:30 p. you can watch Diahann Carroll, Sally Struthers, Alan Aldaand others in a 90-minute revue special called "Hotel Ninety" on Channel 9.

The show features comedy, dance and songs set against the backdrop of a mythical luxury hotel. Then there's "Keep U. S. Beautiful," an hour special on Channel 5 at 8 p. m.

Tuesday.
