THE CINCINNATI ENQUIRER Thursday, December 12, 1974 Will her dreams come true? Your NKOA contribution can make the wishes of a needy child happen. The hopes of many children in our city are meager ones. A filling breakfast on a frosty winter morning, warm shoes to carry small feet to a waiting classroom, and eyeglasses that magically turn blurred pages into words are considered the simple necessities of life to the average child. Yet thousands of girls and boys in Cincinnati build their dreams on such basic things. During the annual Christmas campaign or anytime through the year, you can make these dreams a reality for young students throughout the Cincinnati area.

Funds contributed to NKOA are dispersed to children mainly through area schools. Teachers and principals are trained to recognize the needs of their pupils and can often act immediately with the help of money from the Neediest Kids of All when no other source is available. Many problems that keep students from attending school or that leave them so listless that learning is impossible are not solvable through any other charity. This is where NKOA steps in to fill the gap. None of the money contributed to the Neediest Kids of All is used for administrative or promotional costs.

These expenses are covered by THE CINCINNATI ENQUIRER and THE WKRC STATIONS, which co-sponsor the charity. Every penny of every contribution is used to benefit needy children. Your donation to the Neediest Kids of All during this Christmas season could not be put to better use anywhere else. Please open your heart this yuletide as you make out your holiday shopping list and include that one gift that gives to thousands and lasts all year. The Neediest Kids of All is co-sponsored by THE CINCINNATI ENQUIRER and THE WKRC STATIONS Why don't you send your contribution? to NKOA today? st Kids NAME ADDRESS Make checks or money orders Send payable -STATE to: to the Neediest Kids of All.
