Ernest John Christiansen of Hattsville, Wise., Mr. and Mrs Don Sykes (the former Colleen Christiansen) and Kim of Arnolds Park, Mr and Mrs Alvin Zumach of Lake View, Iowa. The Thees- fields and their guests ail attended the S)lver Wedding anniversary of Mr and Mrs Ernest Christiansen. About 200 guests abtended the occasion Christmas Day dinner guests in the Belbert Genzenauer home were Mr and Mrs Lawrence Geitzenauer and family of Lone Rock, Mr and Mrs Norman Finnestad and Craig, Mr and Mrs John Geitzenauer and Milton Geitzenauer. Afternoon guests were Mr and Mrs Ed George and family of Estherville. Mr and Mrs Albert Mitchell aud Mr and Mrs Richard Underwood and family were Christmas Day dinner guests in the Chester Skarr home at Primghar. Guests in the Gerald Hantelman home Christmas Day for a 5:30 dinner were Mr and Mrs Martin Hantelman, Mr and Mrs Ed Bruhn, Mr and Mrs William Hantelman and family, Mr and Mrs Merle Voigt and family, and Mr and Mrs Bernett Heine and Robin. Mr and Mrs Kenneth Halverson and Mr and Mrs Henry Wilberg and Vernon attended the wedding of Betty Freeman of Mr Paul Schmandl in the Presbyterian church at Goldfield Monday evening. Christmas Day dinner guests in the Art Voigt home were the Dale Weisbrod family, Dale Voigt family, and Mr and Mrs Charlie Weisbrod. Afternoon guests were Pam Weisbrod and Gary Bleckwenn. Falls, Breaks Hip "~~ Relatives at Fenton have received word that Miss Edna Hantelman of Dubuque recently fell, breaking her hip. She is hospitalized at Mercy Hospital, Bubuque. Mr and Mrs Morris Mitchell are spending the holidays with the Irving Davidsons at Charles City and the Arnold Hellars at Marble Rock. The Everett Williams drove to Marshalltnwn, Tuesday, to be with (heir son-in-law, Ben Slo- tor, who was undergoing surgery for the removal ot cataracts from both eyes.
