Two were found guilty of drunken driving and one of ignoring a driving suspension. Robert Bonafel, 22, Boltwood was sentenced 15, seven days, fined $50 and suspended from driving for years for drunken driving. He was arrested at 1:45 a. m. yesteday on Colerain Avenue.

Police said he was speeding and driving to the left of the center line. He had failed to turn on his car car lights. Another drunken driver, Cliff Suit, 50, 1248 First received a three-day sentence, a $100 fine and a driving uspension. He was year arrested on Ludlow Avenue at 6 p. m.

Tuesday. William Carmack, 20, 3448 Golden was sentenced to three days and fined $50 for driving while his license was suspended. He was arrested September 2. His license was suspended March 20 on a speeding charge. William T.

Kinney, 29, 536 W. Liberty was sentenced to two days in the Workhouse by Municipal Judge John W. Keefe for operating a motor vehicle with a temporary permit and not having al. licensed driver with him. Kinney also was fined $100 and costs and suspended from driving for 90 days for leaving a scene of accident.

Lyle W. Castle, Assistant City Prosecutor, said Kinney, drove away after an accident at 13th and Main June 17. Two Released In Tying Case After they proved they were asleep at home at the time, two men held as suspects in the assault and robbery Tuesday of an East End housewife were released yesterday by police. Mrs. Marilyn Yvonne Wright, 22, 3837 Columbia was found bound and gagged in her basement apartment when her husband, Glenn, 24, returned home for lunch.

She said she was trussed up by two young men who asked for food. The intruders ransacked the apartment and stole two wristwatches. she said. Three Buried Alive TOKYO, Sept. 11 persons were buried alive and two others injured in landslides caused by heavy rains in Kochi and Tokushima Prefectures in the last three days.
