William Parks, 20, 220 Findlay arrested at 6:05 p.m. Monday and charged with robbery; police said he robbed a woman earlier that day at 2480 Madison Rd. Daniel arrested Green, at 8 31, 540 Monday Clark p.m. and charged with possession of a narcotic and aggravated robbery; police said they discovered 25 bags of heroin in his car after stopping it at 2200 Vine St. in connection with an aggravated robbery offense which occurred earlier that day.
