There will be two divisions according to age, a senior division for those 10 through 16 and a Junior division for those nine and under. Awards will be presented In each division for the largest kite, smallest kite, most novel or original kite, and highest flying kite.

Contestants may enter all four categories In their division, but are only eligible to win a prize In one category. No preliminary registration Is necessary; for competition.
