JACKSON, JR. vs. EDITH WALLS JACKSON IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR TALBOT COUNTY IN EQUITY No. 2797 Chy The object of this suit Is to procure a degree of divorce "A Vinculo Matrimonii in favor of the complainant against the defendant, Edith Walls Jackson. The Bill states that on the 8th of April, 1926 the complainant was married to his wife, Edith Walls Jackson, in Talbot County, Maryland, with whom he resided in said county until during the month of August, 1927; as will appear by reference to the marriage license record of James A.

Jackson, Jr. (described therein as James A. Jackson) and Edith Walls, filed therewith as part thereof and marked "Complainant's Exhibit that, though the conduct of the Complainant towards his wife, Edith Walls Jackson, has always been kind, affectionate and above reproach, the said Edith Walls Jack-sen, without any Just cause or reason abandoned and deserted and has declared her intention to live with him no longer, and that such abandonment has continued unin terruptedly for at least eighteen months, and is deliberate and final. and the separation of the parties beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation. The bill further states that the complainant and the defendant Edith Walls Jackson, have had no children born to them from said marriage; that the complainant Is a resident of Talbot County, Maryland, and has resided in said County and State for more than two years prior to the Institution of this suit; that the complainant is informed that the defendant.

Edith Walls Jackson, who now uses her maiden name and is known as "Edith Walls." resides la Port Norris. State of New Jersey, and Is a non-resident of this State.
