She asks restoration to her maiden name and that a determination be made as to the respective liabilities of the parties. A restraining order asked was granted.

Case Dismissed The divorce action of Donald Brewer vs. Mary Krewer, filed in December, has been dismissed on motion of the plaintiff. Divorce Granted Grace Hughes Graves has been granted a divorce from Leonard C. Graves on grounds of gross neglect. They were married in October, 1959.

She was restored to her Eormer name of Grace Hughes. A separation agreement was approved. Approximately 50 fifth and sixth grade boys are participating in the 196546 Rinky-Dink basketball program every Saturday afternoon in the Hillsboro High School gymnasium. In December, all boys, who were interested, were invited to attend the two tryouts. During the tryouts, the boys were rated according to ability and the teams were balanced as near as possible.

There are no more than eight boys on each team. The boys were divided into six teams, each adopting the nickname of a famous professional basketball team. The boys are coached by members of the Indian varsity basketball squad. Indian players coaching the teams are: Celtics, Dale Martin; Hawks, John Strain; Knicks, Daryl Barreras; Lakers, John Cameron; Royals, Eddie Robbins; Warriors, Doug Wagoner. Director of the program is Indian Head Basketball Coach, Harry J.

Hall. The officials are also Indian players. They are Floyd Beekman, Bill Dent, Jim Dixon, Richard Kirk. Tom McCarley and Benny Rhoads. The scorers are Richard Beatty and David Chaney.

The timers are Tom Faris and Bob Lowell. Smith, Keith McClain, Arnett Jewett, Ralph Barnes, Mickey Ford, Paul Griffith and Bill Armintrout. H. girls in connection with an alleged New Year's Everdrinking spree in Wash-, ington C. H. were each found to be delinquent and given probationary sentences in Highland County Juvenile Court Saturday morning. They are 15 and 16 years of age.
