The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in Brooklyn upheld a lower court ruling in the case Tuesday. The four-judge panel affirmed a 1980 Family Court decision that Humperdinck was the father and should pay a temporary $5,000 support fee to Kathy Jetter, whose daughter, Jennifer, was born ire 1976. Miss Jetter, who was extremely happy about the ruling, said she now would press for the initial request of a $2 million settlement, paid in $100,000 annual installments for 20 years. Lech Walesa, the leader of Poland's Independent labor movement, has expressed an Interest In coming to Harrisburg, Pa., and meeting with the legislature, a state lawmaker says. State Rep. British said Wednesday they had started the legal moves necessary to get Biggs, 51, back to Britain, where he and accomplices pulled off the $7.2 million train robbery.
