The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in Brooklyn upheld a lower court ruling in the case Tuesday. The four-judge panel affirmed a 1980 Family Court decision that Humperdinck was the father and should pay a temporary $5,000 support fee to Kathy Jetter, whose daughter, Jennifer, was born ire 1976.
