Xavier Silences If last year Is any Indication, the drafts again will touch off a multi-million dollar battle for player talent, and some high choices will sign contracts only minutes after their names are chalked up on the draft blackboards. Kentucky quarterback Rick Norton, who appears to be the No. 1 pro-type passer among a small group of standout college signal-callers, rould turn out to be the big name in the competition between the two leagues as did Joe Na-math last year. Norton might be picked on the first round of each draft by the two new teams the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and the AFL's Miami Dolphins. Both become operational for the 1966 season and presumably would figure a quarterback as their primary need.

Each new club will benefit from liberal draft procedures. The Dolphins will get the biggest break, making the first two selections In the AFL draft, then picking first on every subsequent round through 20. second. FIIIT TIAM Offaaaivo EN0S Howard Twitlav, lul.a lamor. 5 la ISO Gaiana ftii.
