MOTHER GOOSE-Mother Goose looks at the camera with an alert eye while her children wander here and there. DEL Rio NEWS-HERALD SECTION DEL RIO, TEXAS 78840 SUNDAY MORNING, JUNE 3,1973 Mother Goose Mother Goose for real! With her flock of little ones, she roams around the Val Verde Winery and lets her brood hunt for those delicious little bugs and worms. Mother just keeps a close lookout for any and all dangers. She waits patiently while the little ones wander here and there but with some kind of built-in radar, when she starts to move on they miraculously gather around her and follow where she goes. The accompanying photos were made with a 200 mm lens due to a rumor that geese have short tempers especially where their young are concerned.

A POSSIBLE DANGER-The kitten watches interestedly as the goose family comes into view. Mother watches kitten. BUGS AND WORMS-Two little ducklings hunt bugs and worms in the deep carpet grass. vA. 1 FAMILY PORTRAIT-As is usual with a family posing for a portrait, some of the members are ready and some others are not.
