Those present were A. M. Kollasch, Chairman, and Garry McDonald, Charles Piathe, John Rode and Lawrence Newbrough. Absent: None. Motion by Rode and seconded by McDonald that claim tor open ditch Right-of-way In Sec. 3698-28 and owned by Carl Harms be approved on Dr, 99. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Motion by Rode and seconded by Newbrough that claim for open ditch Right-of-way in Sec, 35-98-28 on Dr. 99, owned by Mervln Gray, be approved. Ayes : All. Nays ! None, Motion carried. Motion by Rode and seconded by Newbrough that claim for open ditch Right-of-way In S&c. 36-97-28, owned by Mervln H, Bruns and Frances M. Steinberg, be approved. Ayes : All, Nays : None. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by Rode that the State's Old Age Lien on Lots 3 to 8 Blk. 4, Clark's Add to Swea City be paid after the property taxes have been paid. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by McDonald that Walter Woods be hired as second Janitor at the court house effective Dec. 13, 1965, at a salary of $350 for the first month.
