His death occurred Saturday morning in a Kerrville rest home. He was a native of Ohio and had lived in Kerr County for 19 years. His survivors include his vife, five children, Mrs. Ethel McGehec and'William Gumbert, ngra'm; Mrs. Vinnie Moore, Wim- Mrs.

Filomeno E. Trevino 21, whose parents live in Kerrville, cr-mpletod advanced training as a connonccr under the Deserve Enlistment Program at the Army Artillery and Missile Center, Fort Sill, Sept. He was trained in the preparation, loading and firing of field artillery guns and howitzers. He is now scheduled to complete the remainder of his military obligation with the 133rd an Army National Guard Unit, in Kerrville. Trevino worked for Mooncy Aircraft before going on active duty.

The 1963 Tivy High School graduate attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hunter are at home again and he has recuperated from an operation undergone in San Antonio.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Benavides and daughter of San Antonio visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hunter during the week end.

Mrs. H. D. Seago of Brownsville is spending sometime at her home here. Mr.

Vincent King At Fort Hood Army Staff Sergeant Vincent P. King, son of Mr, and Mrs. Earl King, of Kerrvlllc, was assigned to the 2nd Armored Division at Fort Hood, Aug. 20. A squad leader in, Company 17th Engineer Battalion, (4 the division, Sergeant King entered the Army in December 1947 and was last stationed In Germany.
