The Panthers won the MIC title, while the Kings fell to 5-7 in league play- In getting plenty of work before sectional play begins Monday, Mike Gremelspacher pitched all 10 innings for the Kings. At the plate, Matt Good, Aaron Ault and Bill Browning all collected two hits and a stolen base each to lead the Kings. Lewis Cass (10-11) starts sectional play Monday at LHS' Turner Field at 4:30 p.m. against Pioneer.

The regional competition will be held in eight sites, including Logansport, during the weekend of June 26-27. The state competition will be in Indianapolis on July 16-18. CCY Gymnastics Results The Cass County gymnastics team traveled to South Bend for the spring state meet May 23. The team finished in second place in Level 6 with a score of 101.85. Individual results are as follows: In Level 5, 9-year-olds, Tiffany Simpson finished fifth in all-around with a score of 33.60.

She also received third on bars with a 9.05 and fourth on beam with an 8.4. In Level 5, 10-year-olds, Billie Jo Williams finished sixth on beam with an 8.6. In Level Jaime Enyart finished ninth in all-around with a 32.25. she also received fifth on bars with an 8,4 and sixth on beam with an S.3.. In Level 6, 8-11-year-olds, Hillery Platt finished second in all- around with a 34.2.

She also received first on floor with a 9.0, first on beam with a 9.0, second on vault with an 8.15 and third on bars with an 8.05. In Level Amy Parish finished third in all-around with a 33.8. She also received first on bars with a 9.5, third on vault with an 8.75 and fifth on floor with an 8.55. Jessica Haynes finished sixth in all-around with a 31.50. She also received fourth on floor with an 8.6 and fifth on beam with a 7.5.

Julie Netser finished second on bars 9.4 and fifth on vault with an 8.35. Courtney Vojtasek finished sixth on vault with an 8.3. Also competing for Cass was Shanna Townsend in Level 6. Cass Summer Swim Program WALTON The Southeastern summer swim program will be held in two sessions. The first session will be June 7-18 and the second one will be June 21-July 2.

Both sessions will last from 9-11 a.m. The sessions are for beginning 1 2, advanced beginners and intermediate. Two sessions for pre-school kids will be held from a.m. and 11:30 a.m.-Noon. Also, the summer swim team will have a session from June 7-July 2.
