They are businessmen, laborers, professional men, farmers. They have organized cooperatives because it is a way of working together to get a big job done. They supply the money that's necessary, they share ownership, they control the business themselves . . . and they share the benefits. Cooperatives are the people's own businesses . . . lock, stock and barrel. And they work well . . , fulfilling the need for which they were organized . . . with dividends in better living, happiness and security.
