(la.) Upper Des Moln« Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1965 MRS. DON Prieskorn has returned from Fort podge where she had major surgery at St, Joseph hospital. The first two days after dismissal were spent with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Koll. J. P. STUDER, a director of Co-operative Service Company wholesalers, Waterloo, was accompanied by several other directors and managers who left last Thursday via chartered plane on a six day refinery inspection and pleasure trip. They will be in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas and will also visit at McAllen, Texas, Reynosa, Mex., and at Houston, Tex. where they will see the astrodome and outer space center. One day will be spent fishing in the gulf after they have viewed the latest refining methods. MR. AND MRS. Clinton Henderson will have an Thanksgiving guests their sons-in-law and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Don Minard and Cindy, Irvin- ton, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cunningham. ERNIE GODFREDSON, his sister, Mrs. Paul Dettman, and sister-in-law, Mrs. SelmaGodfred- son, spent last Friday at Armstrong with Mr. and Mrs. Pete Godfredson, then to Bancroft to visit Mr. and Mrs. Nels Godfredson and at Burt they were guests of the E. R. Woltz. MR. AND MRS. Bert Muckey are recovering from recent sicknesses during which time their granddaughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. James Williams, Scott and Tim were here from Minneapolis and assisted in their care, along with the Muckey's daughter, Mrs. Bernard Danlhauser. Other guests of the two families have been Mrs. Charles Fisher and Lyle, Emmetsburg. MR. AND MRS. Archie Umbrell, Scott and Michael of Spencer have visited at the parental Bernard Dahlhausers recently. MR. AND MRS. Ralph Donovan will have their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wittern and family of South St. Paul, Minn, as Thanksgiving guests. MR. AND MRS. Pat Doerning will be Thanksgiving dinner guests of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Miller, and will be joined by another son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Buscher. MRS. EMMA Dreyer will have as guests Thanksgiving Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Meyer, Whittemore, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Morgan Lincoln, Neb., Mr. and Mrs. Carl Anliker, Webster City, Mr. and Mrs. William Zumach, Estherville, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dreyer. MRS. PAUL, Dettman and her nephew, Dick Godfredson, spent Wednesday and over night last week at Des Moines with Mrs. Dettman's son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Kinkki. Mr. and Mrs Kinkki and Sherrie will be Thanksgiving guests of Mrs. Dettman and will come Wednesday. MR. AND MRS. Willis Colwell were at Clarion Sunday to see the latter's mother, Mrs. O. G. Day, who has been a medical patient at the hospital the past two weeks. She has now been dismissed.
