Upper Widnfttday, 44, 196S Dean Teeter Is 4-H Record Book Winner DEAN TEETER Dean Teeter, 15, president of Cresco Boys 4-H club, won the award for the outstanding boys record book in Kossuth county. He has been active in club work six years and has received recognition in entomology, forestry, woodworking, the purple plague for best senior book and pen. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cliffard Teeter.

Burt Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Wlllrett spent Sunday afternoon visiting with Mrs.

Kate Alt at the Park Mason City. Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Ella Meyer were Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Meyer, Alan and Joel, Mr.

and Mrs. EuClaire Meyer, Terry and Brenda. Mr. and Mrs.HarleyTroutman entertained at dinner on Sunday honoring the 5th birthday of Amy Troutman Klemme. Guests included Amy's parents, brothers and sisters, Dr.

and Mrs. Joe Troutman, Todd and Meg, Klemme and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Troutman, Algona. Sunday guests at the Floyd Sill home were Mr.

and Mrs. Robert Bunkofske, Buffalo Center. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Mann spent Sunday with their daughter Gwen and family, the Don Kniepers, Ashton, la.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Mitchell attended a meeting for Westinghouse dealers held atDesMoines on Tuesday evening. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs.

Don Mitchell were Mr. and Mrs. Norman Mitchell and daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Mitchell, Des Moines, Mr.

and Mrs. Arlan Kohlwes and Dob, Belmond and Mr. and Mrs. Al Offenheiser, Iowa Falls. Mr.

and Mrs. Ray Westling and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Sliipler pleasantly surprised Mrs. Raymond Lovstad on her birthday anniversary on Monday night.

Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Mullen spent Saturday night with the Jack McMullens, Northwood.

On Sunday they went to Rochester where they called on Herman Rachut, Sr. and Dale Dundas. Members of the "Jolly 10" helped Pearl Fischer, Swea city observe her birthday anniversary on Saturday afternoon. Relative Dies WESLEY Goetz relatives received word Wednesday of the death of Mrs. Frank Goetz, 80, Elma, at the Grinnell hospital.

Funeral services were held Saturday morning at Elma. Mr. and Mrs. Goetz entered the hospital for winter residency, as they had done last winter as their daughter, Sister Stanislaus is superior of the hospital.
