Sharon Helmers Of Algeria Is Engaged To Wed SHARON HELMERS Mr. and Mrs. Dick Helmers, Algona, have announced the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Sharon, and Dean Mittlieder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mittlieder, Algona. The wedding will be held Dec. 4 at Trinity Lutheran church here. 4-H Delegates To Washington Plan Article Series This article is the first of a series which will be appearing from time to time. They are a portion of a follow-up plan of the Washington D. C. Citizenship Short Course which was attended by delegates Marty Alstott, Mark Bierstedt, Bob Boleneus, Luan Brandt, Matt Clark, Steve Detrick, Linda Dodds, Sheila Frideres, Lenora Hilbert, Linda Hoeppner, Bonita Kiilsholm, Cindy Long, Tom Lynch, Vicky McGuire, Linda Meehlhause, Harlan Metzger, . Margaret Powers, Sherri Roethler, Rod Scuffham, Helen Skow, Rueben Skow, Charlene Thilges, Judy Thomsen, Richard Thornsen, Paul Thoreson, Bethene Trexel and, Chaperones Mrs. Clifton Benschoter, Lois Bentle, Mrs. August Brandt, Mrs. Gertrude Gutknecht, Roger Hiemstra, Bernadette, Hilbert, Karl Kiilsholm, Mrs. Powers, Mr. andjkfrs. These articles will contain information concerning what the delegates were required to do before the trip, the activities in Washington, the scenic places visited, and most important, what citizenship means to them now. They hope that through these articles they might make everyone aware of citizenship and its responsibilities. The plaintiff is Ralph Greger- gon, Named as defendants were RandolPb T, Harmes and Stephen Lee MUler. The action was filed ta district court at Spirit Lake, Gregerson, in his plaintiffs petition, says he was trying to help authorities quell a disturbance, and approached a car occupied by the two Algonans. He said the car started forward and as this happened he claims he was dragged for some distance and suffered a broken arm, cuts and body bruises. He says some of the injuries were permanent.
