ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOB THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR SUPERIOR-BAY MILLS TOWNSHIP TOWNSHIP RURAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL BRIMLEY. MICHIGAN Sealed proposals addressed to "Board of Education, Superior-Bay Mills Township Rural Agricultural School," Brimley, Michigan, will be received .at the School Building, Brimley, Michigan, at 8:00 P. M., E.S.T.. August 19, 1954, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. Access to the plans and specifications specifications may be had at the office of Paul A- Hazelton, Architect, Traverse Traverse City, Michigan, or Builders and Traders Exchange, Detroit, Michigan. A deposit of S25.00 is required for each set. A certified check- of 5%, or a satisfactory Bidder's Bond made payable to the Board of Education. Superior-Bay Mills Township, must accompany each proposal. The check of the successful bidder shall be forfeited to the Board in case he fails to execute the Contract Contract within 15 days after the award. j The successful bidder will be re- quired to furnish 100% performance and 50% labor and material bonds, The Board reserves the right to reject, or accept, any or all bids, or any part thereof, it may deem to be to the best interests of the Board. \ No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the date set for the opening of bids. i The successful bidder will be re- quired to furnish satisfactory evidence evidence of ability to perform and execute the contract, also, he shail furnish evidence that he is able to furnish Bond as required.
