Joseph Zapatka Dies Yesterday; Funeral Tomorrow Joseph Chester Zapatka, 52, 20 City Hill St., died yesterday yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital after a long illness. Born in Naugatuck, July 10, 191"S, he was the son of the late Adam and Anna (Plsk) Za- pafka and he had been a life long resident of Naugatuck, employed employed as a garage foreman with the CR&L Co. of Waterbury. He was a communicant of St. Hedwig's Hedwig's church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs, Jeanne (Morytko) zapat- kaj three sons, Francis S, and Ronald,' both of Naugaluck; and Eugene J. of Westerly, R.I,; one brother, Henry, also of Nait- gatuckj one sister, Mrs. Severyn Severyn C, Hondzinskl of Naugatuck; Naugatuck; an uncle, Joseph Zapatka of Naugatuck; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will beheld tomorrow at 9 a.m. from the Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., to St. Hedwlg's Church for a high Mass at 10. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 3-to 9 p.m.
