We do, therefore, command you, the said Mary Ann Painter, as before we did, that setting aside all other business and excuses whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person beforeour Judges at Harrisburg, at a Court of Common Pleas thereto be held for the county of Dauphin, on the third Monday of January next, to answer tne petition or libel of the said Jacob Painter, and to show cause, if any you have, why he should not be divorced from the bonds of matrimony, agreeably to the Acts of General Assembly in such case made and pro vided.
