MRS. SATTERWHITE BE BURIED WORTHAM TUESDAY AFTERNOON WORTHAM, June 22.—(Spl )— Mrs Mary Jane Satterwhite, age 90 years, died at her home here early Monday morning following an illness of two weeks Funeral services will he held from the First Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at 5 o’clock. The rites will be conducted conducted by the pastor Rev. W. D. Webb. Burial will be in Wortham cemetery. Mrs Satterwhite was a native of Roston, Arkansas but came to Wortham more than 50 years ago with her husband. She was active In church and social circles of the city until the last few years. Surviving are five sons, Ed Satterwhite, Satterwhite, editor of the Wortham Journal; Lee Satterwhite, Austin; Tom Satterwhite, Coolidge; Lane Satterwhite, Little Rock, Ark.; W. D. Satterwhite, Little Rock, Ark.; two daughters Mrs. Ada Hurst W'ortham; Mrs. Charles Henry, Anstin; four brothers, J. H, Basden, Basden, Wortham; Joe Basden, Clovis, New Mexico; Oscar Basden, Paris; Volly Basden, Beaumont; three sisters, Mrs Henry Bounds, Wortham; Wortham; Mrs. Blanche Swift, Washington, Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Pearl Clark, Washington, D. C. and other relatives relatives .
