Rentschler joined the original Baldwin-Lima- Hamilton Co. in 1950, serving serving in marketing and m a n u f a c t u r i n g positions until his appointment as president of Baldwin- H a m i l t o n in 1971 when E C O L A I R E Inc. was formed. He was also one of the founding directors ol ECOLAIRE. Rentschler, son of Waiter A. Rentschler, retired MR.
