Morris Boring Morris F- Boring, 67, of Bolivar, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 1995, in Lee Hospital, Johnstown. The son of John and Mary Bowers Boring, he was born Oct. 23,1928, in Fairfield Township, Westmoreland. County- Mr. Boring attended the Robinson Evangelical United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a member of Acacia Lodge 355 F&AM, Blairsville. Blairsville. He was an assistant scoutmaster scoutmaster of Robinson Troop 191 for many years. He was a retired employee of the Allegheny Foundry Company, Bolivar. Surviving are his wife, Sondra McKinney Boring; four sons: Gregory, Gregory, married to Opal Howard, New Florence RD 2; Donald, married to Karen Yeager, Bolivar RD 1; Morris, Morris, Bolivar RD 1; and Kevin, married married to Marie Willbur. New Florence RD 2; six grandchildren and one great-grandson; two sisters, Pearl Boring, Indiana, and Cora Varchal, Johnstown; and two brothers, Charles Boring, New Florence RD 2, and Edgar Boring, Gowanda, N.Y. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. today in the Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence. There will be no visitation on Thanksgiving Day. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Kennth Custer and the Rev. Larry Pechart officiating. Interment will be in the West View Cemetery, Bolivar. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tri-Community Ambulance Ambulance Service or one's favorite charity.
