Ky., May C.-Before the trial of Scott Jackson was resumed today today it was learned that W. R. Trusty had left. His bond expired last night and by mistake it was not renewed. He ia wanted on a charge of perjury Seward. the detective who coached Trusty, is till here under bond. The most important testimony of the day was that ot Carrie Evans. She is the woman in tho story of George K Trusty, who is wanted, but cannot be found Carrie Kvans testified that she never saw Trusty till John Seward and e met her on April 3rd and never saw him again,until last ni|ht, when she met Trusty with John Seward Ihe court naked her it she talked to Seward and Trusty. She answered: Only about what John Seward told me to u. Lena Stokes, Myrtle Hudson and Mrs. Julia Herzogr, who are tenants occupying all of the house at Na 53 George street, which is the one the fugitive. William H. Trusty, finally finally designated as the one from which the dead girl was taken all testifies that no dead body was taken from that •housr. on January Slst. The testimony of these four witnesses completed the demonstration that William R. Trusty s testimony was forgery and perjury. John Seward, after this trial is over, will bo arrested. The three negroes who deposed in Ohio one way and swore yesterday In Kentucky another, were liberated today. They were arrested arrested in Ohio for perjury.
