Tempe College Plans Graduation For 227 TEMPE, May 25—Arizona State Teachers College at Tempe will graduate 227 students in the class of 1939. In addition to the regular graduation, 20 graduate students will receive the master of arts degree in education. * Three ceremonies will mark the exercises. At 8:30 o'clock Sunday night baccalaureate services will be .eld held on the lawn of the home of Grady Gammage, president. Guest speaker will be Rabbi A. L. Krohn of Temple Beth Israel in Phoenix. He will speak on "The Call of the Far Horizons." The graduates will gather at 6:30 o'clock Monday evening in the patio of West Hall to be received by the alumni association in the annual induction ceremony. Tom Lillico, alumni secretary, is* in charge of arrangements. As a climax of the three days of activities, graduation ceremonies will be held at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday night on the president's lawn. The entire college faculty in caps and gowns will accompany the class in the processional. Guest speaker will be Dr. W. C. Martin, Bishop of the Methodist Church, Los Angeles.
