They were among the films that established a rich comic tradition for Columbia Pictures. Now, that studio auds another to the list in "Tell It to the Judge," costarring Rosalind Russell and Robert Cummingi. Gig Young and Marie Mcdonald head the cast of supporting players that includes Harry Davenport, Fay Baker and Katharine Warren. Miss Russell, who has been away from the laugh business too long, is celebrating her return to comedy with "Tell It to the Judge." And Gumming:*, long on the comedy end himself, is Rosalind's companion in this comic romp. She's aaid to have the gilt-edged type of role that distinguished her work in "His "What a Woman!" speaking her line* with the crispncss and superb timing that made her one of the screen's great comediennes.
