Mrs. Oharlea Olllesple Mt. Carroll, 111., March 27—Mrs. Charles Gillespie, 82, passed away about 3:45 o'clock Wednesday afternoon afternoon at the home of her son, Francis Gillespie, northwest of Mt. Carroll.' Mrs. Oillesple, formerly Miss Clarice Haven, was born at-Mazomanie, at-Mazomanie, WIs., oh Dec. 3, 1864, the daughter of Handford and Margaret Margaret Haven, and on June 28, 1892. wa« united in marriage to Charles Gillespie, who died in 1941. She leaves one son, Francis Gillespie, Gillespie, residing near Mt. Carroll, two brothers, Handford Haven, of Chicago, William, of Racine, WIs., one sister, Miss Emma Havsn, of Chicago, and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Christian funeral chapel. Rev. Stanley A. Blrdsall will officiate and burial will be made in cemetery, near Mt. Carroll.
