Bratcher Ruth Irene Bratcher, 59, of Pasadena and formerly of Annapolis, died of congestive heart failure Aug. 26 at Anne Arundel Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Bratcher was born in Louisa County, Va., and edu- c a t e d in Virginia. She worked at the former Naval Experimental Station at North Severn. Her interests included pkying cards, fishing, and doing puzzles. . She was married in 1956 to Edmond John Bratcfaer, who died in BRATCHER six great-grandchildren. Also surviving are eight sisters, Loretha Holland of Brooklyn, Jean of Davidsonville, Barbara Hopkins of Harwood, Phyllis Young Glen Burnie, and Mary Smallwood, Martha Howard and Joyce and Peggy Willis, all of Annapolis.
