Thirty Men Are Sent To Colors Hazleton City Draft Boards Noa J and 2 sent thirty men, 15 from each board, to the colors this morning. Those called' . reported at city hall where Frank Entieri was named leader of the No. 1 Board quota and Donald Clarence Schcllhammer was appointed leader of No. 2 Board contingent. The men left for Wilkes-Barre on special buses of the Hazleton Auto Bus Co. and were sworn in at the county seat and sent to training centers. Supt. Thomas L. Hinkle of the city schools addressed the No. 2 Board quota and gave a fine patriotic address. Rev. Joseph Barret of St. Gabriel's church conducted devotions. Mrs. Hannah Kennedy, Mrs. Charles Chabalko, Miss Helen Matushoneck represented the National Catholic Community Service and presented gifts to the boys.
