In police court Justice Chadaey miv Tended judgment upon Holleiibeck and Meier, and the charges against the women were withdrawn. Complaints hare been made to Superintendent W. A. Killip, of the S. P. C. C, as to the condition of the Kelt children, aud yesterday Killip filed informations charging improper guardianship of thp little ones. The cases will come up In juvenile police court this afternoon.
