Goss, Harry s/o Lloyd Goss - Ltjst Sunday Harry, son of Lloyd Goss, of this...
Ltjst Sunday Harry, son of Lloyd Goss, of this valley, met with a very painful accident. Harry was up in an apple tree getting some apples, and as he was coming down his hold slipped in some way and his right hand struck on a section of a mower-knife which had been placed in the tree during hay-making with points of the section upward. The one on which his hand struck had been ground to a point, which went into the heart of the hand and came out between the middle fingers cutting the fingers to the bone as well as tearing the llesh from the heart of the hand. Harry was taken to Tyrone and tho hand dressed as best it could be. Ho is now getting along very well,
