MAPLETON CLASS HAS GALA PARTY The Dorcaa Class of the Mapleton Mapleton United Brethren Church held & Hallowe'en party at the home of Lavon Skipper recently. Peggy Dell gave a reading- entitle entitle "A Small Person's Opinion," followed by a reading, "Nothing to be ' Fraid Of," by Marian Covert. The evening was then' spent in playing- games and much fun was had during the guessing of those persona in costume. Prizes were awarded to Joyce Snyder for the prettiest costume, Marcia Harshbarger for the ugliest costume, costume, and Geraldina Corbin for being the last one to be guessed. After tha games tasty refreshments, refreshments, consisting of sandwiches, picklea, gingerbread and ice cream, wer« served to: Trella Fisher.
