Kmiec Begins Federal Duly Here Monday Camden attorney Ralph Kmiec will be sworn in as an assistant U.S. Attorney by Federal Judge Madden in U.S. District Court, Fostoffice building, 4th and Market sts., at 10 a.m. Monday. Kmiec, 26, who lives at 1503 Minnesota rd., will start work at the Camden office following the ceremonies.
