There died on the farm of Mr. Job Lewis, of this county, recently, 11 family horse that bad reached the age of thirty. I Ave years. It was raised on the farm where itdied. Some years since a friend bought the horse aud took it to Ohio Afterwards it was sold to a Pittsburgh party, where it was worked in a puddling wjgon. Getting back into Ohio the faithful faithful servant was bought by ex-Sheriff John McElroy, and kept on his Buffalo creek place forsome time, and when be disposed disposed of that place he would not sell the mother In-law, Mr*. Job Lewis, who kindly cared for it h h m"lnd?r ?' dT?- Weare told by horse men that thirty-live years is .next?,I,nary old age for'a horse.
