Msgr. Strenski Honored at Dinner On Elevation by Catholic Church Credited with reducing ' juvenile juvenile delinquency in South Cam den to the lowest in the city, the , Rt. Rev. Msgr. Arthur B. Strenski, P. A., pastor of St. Joseph's Church, Tenth and Mechanic Mechanic streets, was honored at a testimonial dirmer Sunday. More than 525 persons attend ed the banquet in the Naval Militia Armory to pay tribute to Monsignor Strenski on his recent appointment as rrotnonotary Apostolic and for his work in the 40 thieves" when Monsignor Strenski was appointed pastor of St. Joseph's Church in 1934 but that through his zeal as a great priest and an outstanding citizen of Camden he soon had the children children of the community turning to the church for guidance. Adolph M. Kmiec, Camden Trust Co. official, urged the parishoners to assist Monsignor Strenski in developing St. Joseph's Joseph's High school "because that is closest to his heaijt."
