Funeral services will be held privately and after cremation at Fresh Pond the remains wll be interred beside those of her husband husband In . the cemetery at Tunkhannoek, Pa. Mrs. Avery was born In Wilmington. Wilmington. N. C, sixty-eight sixty-eight sixty-eight years ago, the daughter of Richard Arms and Emily Sargent Rlsley, and was first married to Captain Wallace Deery, of the Confederate Confederate Army. After her husband's death she married, In New York City in 1874, General Robert Avery, who hod been prominent in the Union Army, and came with him to Brooklyn thirty-three thirty-three thirty-three years ago. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Louis. Caasavant; a son by her first husbnnd. Robert Colwell Deery, and three by her second husband Hugo, Theodore Morris and Walter Avery.
