Hartman of Dallas, zone sales manager, Walter Price of Dallas regional sales promotion manager, and Charles Hoggscll Jr. of Mcr- kel, a partner in Badger Motor Co. "AH the words in Webster's unabridged unabridged diclionary can't describe how thrilled I am to get my hands on this," Mrs. Butman said of the check. Asked if she had ever seen a ?25,000 check before she laughed and said, "Not one with my name on it." A regular press caravel) three cars made the 10-mile trip from Mcrkel to the Butman ranch homo southwest of he:-c for the ceremony of delivering the check. Mr. Butman and the Butman's two children, Beverly, 10, and Steve, 8, stood by as happy participants in the event. "I tried entering a few contests where I wasn't enthusiastic about the products and it just flopped flat. I couldn't do it." However, she also credits her reference shelf with giving her the tools. She has two sets of encyclopedias encyclopedias as well as Webster's International Unabridged dictionary, dictionary, plus these books: Sophisticat cd Synonyms (Rodale), What to Name the Baby (Garden City), Laird's Promptory (Henry Holt Co.), Roget's Thesaurus, New Dictionary of Thoughts, Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable (Harper) and The Improved Rhyming Dictionary by Whilfield (Crowell).
