Dies Suddenly George M. Burke, ae 83 years, died suddenly at 7 a. m. Tuesday in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Charles Ulrey. 1011 North Noble street, this city. Born in Decatur county, the son of Phillip and Mary Armstrong Burke, Mr. Burke had resided in Greenfield for 47 years. He was employed at Sehwitzer-Cummins Sehwitzer-Cummins Sehwitzer-Cummins in Indianapolis for 15 years. He was a member of the Westport "Christian Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ulrey and Mrs. John Gam-brel, Gam-brel, Gam-brel, both of Greenfield; nine grandchildren ; six great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Mrs. Maude Burke, died September 17, 1964. Funeral services will be conducted conducted at 1:30 p. m. Thursday, from the Pasco Memorial Mortuary, Mortuary, with Rev. C. T. Herod, pastor of the Greenfield Christian Church, officiating. Interment will take place in Park cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary mortuary after 7 p. m. Tuesday.
