SUCCESSION SALE. Saucession of State of Louisiana-Ninth Louisiana-Ninth JudicialDistrict Ferdinand Asman. Court, Parish of Rap. ides. BY VIRTUE of an order issued from the District Court of the Parish of Rapides, and directed to the Sheriff thereof, will be sold to the highest bidder on the premises, SATURDAY, the 28th day of JULY, 1866, the following property belonging to said succession, to-wit: Two lots of ground situated near the contre of the town of Pineville, on the Main street, measuring together two hundred hundred and fifty.five feet, by one arpent in depth. Out one lot is a large and commodious commodious frame dwelling, two stories high, in good repair, with all necessary outhouses. On the adjoining lot is a good frame store house, one of the most eligible situations the neighborhood. Also a small lot of Household and kitchen furniture. TERMS; CASH, in U. S. Treasury notes.
